Very good question Mr Toad. Shall we start with your own, officially excessive income, as recommended recently by The Senior Salaries Review Body.

Why can't you understand that Brian Coleman AM FRSA is a very, very important man? Hypocrisy? Not at all. The rules that apply to lesser mortals do not apply to Brian: he is special. Very special. Handsome, charming, shy and retiring, loved by all: an asset to the Tory party. Let's give him a pay rise - we've saved a few bob on the whingeing old folks' warden scam - pass it on to a man who deserves it more than they do.
